Booking conditions
When booking, please let us know in which period you would like to visit. You must also include your personal data (in connection with the tourist tax and the drafting of a contract). We will then do our best to confirm your reservation within 2 working days. After confirmation from us, you will receive a payment request of 40% of the sum of your booking. After we have received your payment, your reservation is final. If we have not received your payment after 14 days, we will cancel your reservation and set this period back to available. By paying, you agree to our terms and conditions.
In case of a later arrival or earlier departure, there will be no reduction in price.
The remaining amount and the additional deposit must be paid at least six weeks before arrival. If a reservation is made for a period within 6 weeks, the full amount must be paid at once. If the amount is not paid 6 weeks before the start of the stay, we will see this as a cancellation of your stay. In this case, the cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation policy
-Cancellation must always be made by e-mail.
-Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 6 weeks before your stay. Your deposited deposit will be refunded to your account.
-In case of cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks before your booked stay, 40% of the total amount will be charged. You will only receive your deposit back.
-If you cancel 3 weeks or less before the start of the booked stay, we will be forced to charge the entire booking amount. In this case, we will only refund your deposit.
Conditions regarding leaving the apartment
-The apartment must be left broom clean.
Dishes must be done.
-Kitchen appliances must be left clean.
-Do not leave food residue behind
-Any damage must be reported.
Conditions relating to the deposit
The deposit can be withheld (partially or in full) in case of not leaving the apartment normally, this includes in any case vandalism, leaving broken belongings or leaving the apartment extremely dirty. If there are additional costs related to repair or replacement, these costs can still be charged to the guests if the deposit paid has not been sufficient for the repair or replacement of the items in the apartment.
